What is the difference between coaching and training?

What does a typical Behavior Coaching session look like?

All coaching sessions are virtual through the Practice Better link provided. The beginning of the 60-minute session will focus on the present moment, positive reflections of the day and week, and review of goal achievement. The topic of the session will be reviewed and then the participant will have the opportunity to pick their own focus topic to discuss. Goal-setting will be discussed at the end of each session, though not required. The end of the session will focus on closing and planning for the next session.
