We offer 5 different programs focused on increasing skills and confidence in parenting children of any age
Behavior is learned through social interactions and environmental conditions. Going Forward Behavior Coaching programs are focused on the recognition of these interactions, finding alternative responses, and increasing teaching and reinforcement within daily interactions to increase your child’s functional behavioral learning.

Foundations Program
This 12-week program sets the stage for fundamental skills every parent should know and utilize to create an environment and structure of parenting that will increase the likelihood of expected behaviors and decrease challenging behaviors.
Each 1-hour session, which can be scheduled weekly or every 2 weeks, will include a review of the parent’s most recent successes, focus on an educational component, discussion about the skills generalization into the home and community, and discussion and development of individualized weekly goals. Each session will provide a combination of coaching modalities and resources, which support verbal, visual, auditory, reading/writing, and hands-on learning styles. Time will be provided at the end of each session for general skill questions, discussion on the application of skills. By the end of the program, each program participant will have the education, resources, and practical skills to apply the skills in the home and community.
Additional Programs
After completing the Foundations Program, participants will be eligible to enroll in the additional four, 12-week behavior coaching programs.
These programs focus on skills, strategies, and environmental structuring to increase success with teaching daily living skills, communication skills, social and play skills, and tolerance skills. Each 1-hour session will focus on a specific evidence-based skill that increase the likelihood of effectiveness in teaching and shaping skill development with their child. Session structuring, coaching modalities, and goal-setting will mirror the Foundations Program to allow for fluid transitions and expectations between programs.
